Who this is for

01

Businesses with company cards and no written spending rules

02

Owners who find out about large charges only when the statement arrives

03

Teams that want limits by role without slowing everyone down

What you get

  • A written expense policy tailored to your company
  • Card limits by role, configured in your existing card or banking tools
  • Category restrictions and receipt rules set up where your tools support them
  • Approval thresholds documented and configured
  • A monthly review routine for card spend and exceptions
  • A one-page employee guide to the new rules

How it works

1

Buy the setup and complete a short onboarding questionnaire.

2

Share your current card holders, typical spend and the card and banking tools you already use.

3

We write the policy and configure the controls alongside your team in your own tools.

4

We hand over the policy, the configured controls, the employee guide and the monthly review routine.

What this is not

We do not choose, open or switch card or banking providers for you. KFMB Consulting is not a CPA firm, does not perform audits or issue audit opinions, and nothing here is tax, legal or investment advice.

We advise on and configure your own existing card, banking and spend tools. KFMB Consulting does not issue cards, hold client funds or act as a bank or card provider.

FAQ

Which card or banking tools do you work with?

The ones you already use. We configure whatever limit, category and receipt settings your existing provider offers and document anything it cannot do.

Do you need login access?

We work alongside a member of your team who holds admin access, or with a limited admin role you create for us. We never hold your credentials permanently.

What if my tools cannot enforce a rule?

We document it in the policy and add it to the monthly review routine so it is still checked.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. It is an operating policy and controls setup. Speak to a licensed professional about legal or tax questions.
